I went on leave today, & I feel so great ! I was literally out of breath & tired of standing

When are you planning (or able to) go on leave? I’m going to try to get off at 36 weeks. It helps thinking in terms of how many weeks you have left! Last pregnancy I worked a week until I was scheduled for induction—— I wish I would have taken more time!

I hear you. I just put in 14 hours of overtime last week and this week I'll have around 8. One of the administrators is on holidays so I'm doing her job, my job and I'm training the new hire to take over for me when I leave. 😩
