I have been in some crazy mean mom groups.... But it was like from all over. Thankfully the ones I am in from my town, everyone is really nice. I hope you find a good one 😀 I haven't actually met up with anybody but they give lots of good advice and people monitor the page well and delete comments/people if anyone says something rude.

Search for like Converse TX moms or texas moms or stuff like that and maybe you will find a group to join 😀
Do you have facebook? If so you should look for mommy groups in your town. I am a part of two in my town and a lot of ladies get together to walk at the park and even drink wine and playdates and stuff.
