anyone give their babies vitamin drops? just seen a thread on a Facebook group about it, I've never give Kai any 🤔

@nataliielouiseexo may be because he's still on bottles I only got offered it at his 12 month review when he came off formula xx

I give a scarlett them once a day, my HV said they need it till they're 5 x @nataliielouiseexo

I got some off hv when he was 1.. he takes them whenever I remember they exist hahaha xx

@bonnieb I give Kai blue lid milk like 4 times a week with cereal so that's fine aswell isn't it lol? parenting is a fucking minefield 😂😂 xxx

@bonnieb lol I give Kai all sorts, someone said if they have them little pots of yoghurt and aren't cooped up in the house all the time should be fine without vitamins but it's all confusing lol 😂😂 he does have yoghurt every day so I duno if that'll be fine lol xxx

I don't give dahli' any, but I take multivitamin and I feed her cause she takes everything from me. But when Brody was weaned off I started giving him vitamins then.

I was told by my HV that unless he has less than 500-600ml milk a day then he doesn’t need it x
