Has anyone else had aching and sore legs in pregnancy my legs keeps aching and I keep getting cramp in my calfs never really had this in any of my other pregnancies should I be worried or is it normal

@jennypoulter I've had um aswel Hun u wake up a Ur legs completely numb sometimes feels weird to even move your leg I've had um with my 4th and 5th pregnancy so I can understand how your feeling sometimes I think it's when I've been lying in one place for to long and my legs just goes dead 🙂 xx
@beffgoude, could be that I have my blood tests next week so will see if it's that 😶
@kkkkkkxoxoxox, I work night shifts so could be something to do with that I will try drinking some more and have my blood tests next week so hopefully they will tell me it's so annoying I go to sleep and wake up in the middle of the night with achey legs 😕
Restless leg? I would ask for a blood test and get your iron levels checked, mine always flares up when my irons low.
There are some theories, though. Leg cramps during pregnancymight be caused by fatigue, the uterus pressing on certain nerves, or decreased circulation in the legs from the pressure of the baby on blood vessels. They might also be caused by calcium or magnesium deficiency, or dehydration.

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...

My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?

I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
