I don’t think there’s ever much difference in 4 4+ or 5 5+ etc u could always just try them out anyway Cos u will need them at one point xxx

My 2 year old is in 4Plus I find them better in absorbency not bigger thou x

The difference between 4 & 4+ is the absorbancey. Your suppose to use the plus's at night and the normals in the day

@nataliielouiseexo I didn't know either till Brody was 3, I read it on one of them parent hack things and couldn't believe it 😂, I always bought the plus thinking it was a half size haha.

@bonnieb yeah like he doesn't leak every night but he sleeps for 12-14hours without waking up so there's alot of wee lol 😂😂 I'll be getting the 4+ just for night time xx
