What time do you put your 2 year to bed and about what time do they wake up? Right now my son’s bed routine is bath at 8, read books from 8:30(ish)-9 then bedtime and then he wakes up on his own around 9-9:30. Some nights he falls asleep within 20-30 minutes of laying down and some nights it can take 2-3 hours to go to sleep. On the nights where it takes him super long to fall asleep he’s super cranky and fussy the next day.

My ds takes a bath at 6:30, we read 2 books, sing a couple of songs and he’s in bed by 7:15. He usually goes to sleep within 20 minutes and wakes up around 7:15 the next morning. He naps from 12-2 every day except the two days a week he goes to preschool. He’s super tired on those days and goes to bed a little earlier.

Hearing other people’s bed times or routines for their littles always makes me feel some type of way about my daughters routines lol
Anyway, my daughter typically goes to sleep around 11-1130 after her dad goes to work. (She likes when he tucks her in for bed and we get to say good night.) then she gets up anywhere between 7am-9am. She also doesn’t nap very often, but when she does it’s usually a long nap.
