Update for anyone wanting it 😂😂 had the dilators in for 29 hours. Took me through to labour ward (3.30pm) removed them and broke my waters (4pm), stuck me on the drip (6pm), started having contractions and needed gas and air until I screamed for an epidural (10:45pm), and now very comfortable 😍😍 no sign of baby but at least it's starting and no pain 👐👐
