Ive never craved a tuna sandwich so bad..... with that being said what kinda tuna can we have!!! HELP

You can have any tuna. All cans are cooked.

You can have any of the canned stuff, but I always stuck to skipjack because it has lower levels of mercury than others like albacore.

Unless they changed the rule again, u can have one serving of tuna per week or 2 servings of other types of fish. I'd ask my obgyn to be sure
