tuna safe,?
I searched to see if tuna is safe to eat. I haven't had any this,pregnancy and im craving canned tuna. Some places on google say no others say yes its ok. What do you think?

babybump_user Go for the cans labeled "light chunk tuna". This is typically skipjack tuna, as opposed to albacore.

Unless they changed the rule again, u can have one serving of tuna per week or 2 servings of other types of fish. I'd ask my obgyn to be sure
