When I was sore after birth with stitches a mw told me to really lean forward while having a wee and it helped me lots ,

@abbiehowe8, @fififmrbtteg, I’ve tried that and warm water but it’s not eased up any plus the pain of everything going back and my muscles aching everywhere 😭xx

Have you tried putting some pads in the freezer to relief it a little it helped me a lot as it took the swelling down a bit and keep up on pain killers the after pains are the worst thing ever hope you feel better soon get lots of rest xx

@courtniek98x, I remember feeling like this, like I’d been hit by a bus. It didn’t last long you will honestly feel better soon. Keep up with pain killers. It doesn’t help having to wear a pad in this heat. Maybe try a hour with out pop a towel under you while laying on the bed and let it air. X
