My dr said she can induce us at 39weeks so my mom in Arizona can be at the birth. But I’ve also heard that inducing can be not so good for mommy & baby plus it causes more pain?? What’s your take/experience?

I was induced , & ended up with a c section 🙄
Yeah jst wait til baby is ready .. my SO cant be there for the birth of our baby and It sucks but hey it’s life ..
All 3 we good for me.
I've actually read that when inducing your more likely to end up with forceps or a c section.... I was induced and ended up with a c section and I know a few others to. Personally I would let it happen naturally and when baby is ready
I was induced twice. Neither time was bad. The first time was pretty smooth. The second time was harder on me but the job still got done. Both babies were fine.
My experience wasn’t bad when being induced it was my first and i delivered within 6 and a half hours which mostly i was sleeping because i barely felt contractions.
I personally wouldn't induce unless medically necessary. I've had two inductions that were a medical necessity, the last one almost ended up with a C-section because my son was stressed and his hr kept dropping. They had an or set up and ready for me and my Dr gave me 10 minutes to get my son out before making the call. I always felt cheated out of the labor/water breaking experience.
I was induced my experience was not bad at all!
