Anybody have any recommendations for lotions or soaps for extremely sensitive skin? My sons skin is constantly breaking out and it’s so tiring trying to figure out ways to help it. Any tips at all, please!!!

Did any of you other ladies have a problem with Johnson and Johnson body wash and lotion drying their baby's skin out .its not so bad today but yesterday she had huge flakes of skin falling off her hands and feet and the rest of her skin is really dry as well. Do any of y'all use honest brand washes or what do you recommend??
ever since i found out i was pregnant, my skin has been soooooo dry!!! nothing keeps my skin moisturized, any suggestions on good lotions and or soaps, or BOTH!!??
