I'm about 5 months along and food or no food my prenatal makes me so sick to the point where I puke and don't want to eat the rest of the day. I know I need to take then but this is getting anoyying I feel like I'm doing more harm then good. Any tips mommy's? #myfirstpost

I take mine while I eat. I buy the Nature’s Made plus dha. I haven’t had any problems.

I take mine right before i go to sleep for the night and haven’t had any issues with it.
It's probably the iron. Take the gummy ones that don't have iron in them. I did that because the iron made me constipated, and just got my iron from food.
*Honey bunches of oats cereal has 60% your daily iron need in 3/4 C. I love cereal, didn't need an iron supplement
I’ve always taken mine right before bed. Try that because then you have more food and water in you to combat the nausea.
@pmary2754, When I took them in the morning I got sick. I'd definitely try right before bed. A standard prenatal is generally much better than a gummy or a flinstones vitamin if you can stomach it. If you're looking for a recommendation, I love the NatureMade Plus DHA. Good luck!

When do you take it? I take mine right before bed and have never had an issue.
I had the same problem. I tried taking them after eating, and that helped for a little while. This pregnancy, I’ve been taking the gummy prenatal vitamins and haven’t had a problem. Maybe try the gummy ones🤷♀️

I had the same exact problem my doctor told me just to take a regular Flintstone gummy vitamin since I couldn't handle the prenatal vitamins
