Pure leaf is my favorite!!! I’ve drank tea all my life and my last pregnancy caused me to hate it!!! But I’m back! Lol

I bought the red raspberry tea, i don’t like tea at all, is there any way to make it taste better, or maybe make it iced? Will that defeat the purpose??
