Advice help please anyone have induce stories as pankcing since had steroid injections today since…

Erm I have one good and one badish baby number 5 induced at 39 weeks they popped my waters no problems had baby 3 and half hours later baby number 6 37 weeks cervix closed and high needed pessary took 4 days to get me started went in on the 19th had him on the 22nd ... I’m again to be induced but I’ve asked for them to do it at 39 weeks as my cervix’s is more likely to be ready xx

@7littlegems oh does it hurt being induced as that's what worrying me the most and im worried something be wrong with bby if she comes 3 weeks early xx and I'm 37 weeks in 2 weeks xx

@lauren_h I got induced at 39 weeks it didn't hurt and I'm sure your baby will be ok at 37 weeks xx

@amyecmt ah stressing like mad as 1st bby n keep blaming myself y not growing x and alot ppl say being induced hurts as av to have something put up privates to get contractions started x

@lauren_h yeah I had the gel and didn't hurt at all my contractions started 4 hours after, but then having your waters broke iv heard they use a needle with like a lil hook to pop the waters heard mixed things about that but most say it's just uncomfortable doesn't hurt but everyone's different xx

Ur classed as full term at 37 weeks hun all labour hurts x

Currently being induced atm. 38 weeks. Pessary hasn't really done anything (opened the cervix a little) but now on cervix dilators (dilapan-s) and seem to be doing more of a job. They're next monitoring in about an hour and then vaginally in about 6 hours

@charsarah oh sounds i have go for a ctg on weds aswell but dono y lol and thanks ladies for all help xx

@lauren_h they told me Thursday that I was being induced Sunday, and had a ctg on friday. Think it was just to make sure baby's movements were fine

@charsarah Thats what confuses me as shes a proper active baby always on wiggle lol x
