Agree with sciatic nerve and chiropractor for help! You may need to go more than once and going regularly is great during pregnancy anyways. Along with some yoga stretches and sleeping with a good pillow or pregnancy pillow between your legs. You can get relief. All of those things have helped me during this pregnancy and my last 🙌🏼

@mommie_4 I feel ya. I dont sleep at night.. I dont have much longer to go so maybe just maybe it will fly by, but I doubt it. Lol

It keeps me up most of the night and I’m at a point now to where it’s painful to bend over

I’ve posted about my defiant toddler many times before but I’m really at a loss now. She deliberately disobeys. Like, she knows what “no” means and if she’s doing something she knows she’s not supposed to I can ask “do you want to go in timeout?” And she’ll answer “no” and SOMETIMES stop..
