With baking, if you use applesauce instead of oil. What does 1 cup of oil equal to in measurements of applesauce?

I believe it is 1:1. If it asks for a cup of oil, do a cup of applesauce.

Yummy! I'll take red velvet @wolfnurturer please!! My boss made some weight watcher cupcakes and they were the best! It was 2 ingredients... Not homemade BUT amazing!!

@scidg3 me too with butter cream lol. What were the flavors? I made Walnut and banana cupcakes last week. I used bananas instead of oil, the texture was so nice. Very curious how I'll like the applesauce texture.

Oh yum!! She did chocolate cake and found sugar free vanilla and chocolate icing which wasn't bad on the cupcake! Idk what the replacement was tho. She did a box of cake and then a can of diet soda.....I want to try and do cake with can of LaCroix and see if it works the same! 😄 @wolfnurturer
