Was having some strong contractions yesterday off and on all day and most of the night. It's only when I am active for a long period of time. They stopped after 2 hours every time. But would start back up again. Now they are back not terribly painful but enough. So when should I go in l&d or should I call them. I'm extremely exhausted. Oh and I had the same problem with my last pregnancy 7 years ago.

1st thing please hydrate! Drink lots and lots of water.

Yes but I've been in bed most of the day. I have contractions only when I'm active.
