I went in Saturday morning because I thought my water was leaking. And they ended up sending me home because they didn’t believe it to be my water and my amnisure was negative. All day I felt off. Went to bed that night and woke up an hour later feeling sick. I thought I had food poisoning. I had diarrhea for about an hour and kept almost puking. I was breaking out in the sweats as well. I finally felt better and went to bed. Then a few hours later I turned over in bed and felt a gush. Hurried to he bathroom and the rest of my water broke while on the toilet. I began freaking out because I instantly knew baby had a bowel movement because of the color of the fluid. I had little to no contractions but once my water broke it went from 0-100 quick. We rushed to the hospital and my contractions were so close and so hard. Nothing like my previous birth. They get me in the room and I labored in the bed for a bit and was changing about 1cm an hour. (I was 3-4 when I got there) Then got so uncomfortable I decided to get on the ball. The contractions got really bad and I told the nurse after this one I had to get on the bed. So she said ok I will check you. As she did I was ready to go and out of nowhere my body decides to start pushing as I’m half on the bed. They are going to get the dr who happens to be in a c-section at that moment and the other nurse is breaking down the bed telling me not to push yet lol and there I am with my hand down on my crotch and butt because I’m so worried about tearing and I’m trying not to push but my body is still doing it by itself. Finally after just a few minutes that seemed much longer the doctor is running in and gowning up and I am in the stirrups. I barely even pushed and baby boy was out with one push head and body. (Once again this was such a crazy experience compared to my last birth) so from the time my water broke to him being born was 4.5 hours! He came so quick though he needed some help breathing for a little bit but all is well and baby is fine and healthy.
