Does anyone else stay cold and sleepy all the time during pregnancy!!

I wasn’t anemic but I was the same way. My last semester I slept 20 hours a day. I was just so exhausted pregnant.

I got to the Dr the 4th and they should do a blood test and all since it's my first appt
