I'm having twins and as of now baby a is head down but baby b has been breach pretty much the whole time so that means ill most likely have a c section right?

@erikanbethune2, you may not end up with a choice. Lol A lot of women go for vaginal with twins and end up delivering one baby via emergency csection. Twin births are very unpredictable, which is why it’s so common to just opt for a csection.

It depends on your Doctor more than anything. As long as my baby a stays head down, he’ll let me deliver vaginally, regardless of how b is facing. But if b stays transverse and they can’t turn him once a is out, ill hAve a csection for just b.

Not necessary most of the time as long as one is head down during labor the other one follows

well... 1st question will be where b's legs are after a is out...
but no not at all... we had it like a was breech and he came out just fine (the legs have to be out of the way) and b was head down and stayed that way... they told us that b can still turn after a is out... and depends on your doc, what they decide... maybe they can also turn baby after a's birth, but i dont know if that is done... but you can have a normal birth :)
