Has anyone else got major stretch marks?? Does anyone have any advice on how to lighten them up?? Also any advice on attempting to induce labor? I know a lot of it can be old wives tales, but I still wanna hear them!
I use Palmer's Coco butter after every bath it has lighten up they used to be thick not anymore
@naniibear, I’m praying for you girl😱 I figured it was hot I just didn’t know how hot 😂
@babybumplump23, giiiiiiirrrrllll! They don’t call it the desert state for no reason 😭😅 it’ barley just started to get under 110... & to put It lightly, I can’t even check the mail without melting 😒
@naniibear, 😂 oh yeah I hope not. I don’t know how the weather is in Arizona, but it’s soooo hot and dry here. Ten minutes outside and I call it a day
@babybumplump23, I know right?! & I was like psssshhh I got this 😂 NOPE!! Lol they came in hot after week 34 😅 oh well though... they will fade over time. Hopefully 😅 && of course! Can’t wait to see yours either! Hopefully they are born when they’re supposed to be && we both don’t go over our due dates lol!
@naniibear, yes! The same thing happened to me! I thought to myself, “hey I don’t think I’m gonna get any stretch marks” because of how far along I was without any. Then bam! They appeared everywhere and they are awful. Your right though, it’ll be worth it! Can’t wait too see your little guy on here. You have a good evening too!
@babybumplump23, of course! && exactly! To answer your first question tho, I can’t. 😩 as I too have horrible stretch marks now, & they just recently started showing.. thought I coasted through without any 😒 but regardless! Our babies will be here soon! & it’ll all be worth it! Thanks boo!! Have a fantastic evening 💙💙
@naniibear, thank you. I only wanted this advice for future reference anyways! Congratulations on your baby boy❤️
@honeyxxbee, like I said it’s the newest edition, so not from 2008 🤷🏽♀️. On google i clearly seen it is still a debatable topic. So, I will stick to what my doctor has told me and you can stick with what yours has told you. Especially when my doctor has told me “don’t go off anything the internet tells you, if you have questions consult your doctor not google.”
Hey!! We’re due 2 days apart 😍 && from what my doc is telling me as well, is baby will be full term at 37 weeks. Doesn’t mean induce yourself, just means baby will be just fine if he’s born then.. Don’t take too much advice from people who don’t have “MD” license. Stick with your DOCTORS advice (;
@honeyxxbee, I guess it depends on where you are and who your doctor is because that’s not what mine are telling me.
@jassymuvaa_, power to you for having the energy too dance that far along! That’s a beautiful story though. Especially because of her due date ❤️❤️❤️ thank you!
@honeyxxbee, pshh no I’m in oklahoma and my husband is stationed in Washington he’s gonna be here when I’m 39 weeks and I’m gonna start trying things then if something doesn’t already happen. Also your considered full term once you hit 37 weeks so no matter what after next week I’m safe because my baby’s looking plump and healthy in there lol.
I did a lot a lot a lot of walking and squats lol and about the stretch marks, they fade with time.
Honestly, with my daughter I continued my yoga and meditation throughout pregnancy. My due date was 12/25, I had no progress and was scheduled to be induced on New Years Eve. I said HELL NO, I danced for two days literally. On Christmas Eve, around 2am, I took a hot shower, did one more dance to Salt n Peppa - Push It.. around 5am, I was headed to the hospital. And late that evening my baby girl made her entrance! I wanted her here before NYE, and honestly the day before Christmas. Either way, she’s spoiled forever!! ❤️
@babybumplump23, oh no! I only danced at the end! Lol, but thank you. And you’re welcome ❤️
