I can't remember. Is canned tuna okay during pregnancy?

I would avoid albacore tuna too. It’s my favorite kind of canned tuna, but it’s not recommended while pregnant 😢

Sardines are better and taste almost like tuna. Slightly less fishy. I get boneless skinless. They are a smaller fish so less mercury concern. It’s all about the size of the fish.
