About 20 people have asked “what did your doctor say about you being a vegetarian and pregnant?” He is supportive and tells me to to continue to eat a colorful diet!
I’m healthy, the baby is healthy and I eat healthy. 😆
@laurash4, Thanks for the advice. I’m very conscious of soy being an ingredient in most vegetarian and regular products and purchase them sparingly. I make most of my meals from scratch.
It should be perfectly fine, but please be careful to not eat to much soy. It changes our hormone levels and affects the baby.
I’m not vegetarian but all the food you post looks delicious and nutritious!
I'm not vegetarian. Why would people care if you are and pregnant? Most people who don't eat meat, still find a way to get good proteins. Just take your vitamins and eat your veggies ;)
My dd1 has no teeth still so she doesn't get meat. Lots of peanut butter in my house.
Good luck with your pregnancy ☺
@crystalhealing, Thanks! I try my best to get the nutrients I need through mostly fruits and veggies!
