So I dont know what to do. After giving birth in 2017 I did not have my period until my miscarriage…

So I dont know what to do. After giving birth in 2017 I did not have my period until my miscarriage in May of 2018. Then I had a period in June and July. Now I have this month I have not had my period. I'm almost 2 weeks late but the pregnancy test I took a few days ago said negative.. what do I do? Ugh. HELP
