I know it's mean and others will say something....but we didn't everything and our son wouldn't till one day I bit him on his fingertip and he screamed and never bite again

^^^ that could possibly work but does NOT work with my son and he thinks it's funny and will repeatedly offer me his finger or arm to bite.

It’s a phase. As a daycare worker long ago there was always one or two biters. I wouldn’t worry to much about it if that are aware and will distract him in those possible situations. But you could just make sure to start verbally saying “ouchie or boo boo or hurt” when he gets hurt so then when he bites he may somewhat understand when you say that word? 🤷🏻♀️ I couldn’t bring myself to bite my girl. When she did it to me I had a loud enough “ow” to scare her and pretend I was crying lol she never bit hard after that.
