It’s so upsetting that I don’t get jobs because of how I interview, i know I don’t say anything stupid, I just get so nervous and I go blank when they ask me certain questions so it takes a lil bit to answer but just because of that doesn’t mean I’m not a hard worker . I just wish they would give me a chance.

As mentioned above by @honeymoonblessing, bringing notes is very helpful! I recently had an interview and scored a promotion (yay me!). What really helped was my prep ahead of time. I typed up notes with categories like assets for the job, challenges overcome, achievements, examples of teamwork & leading. I also searched on the internet common interview questions for my field of work. Good luck momma, you can do this! 🤗👍

What interview prep are you doing before hand? Are you Youtub'ing interview prep ideas and tips.

Here's a few of the top of my head:

- practice in the mirror

- practice with family and friends and get feedback.

- at the interview remember to breathe and don't rush your answers.

- take a sip of water to stall time and give yourself time to think.

- always have a good question to ask at the end

- never ask about money.

- look up STAR method to help structure your answers.

- bring a copy of your a CV with you

- don't be afraid to bring notes it's an interview not an exam.

- smile and be confident, like you said you're a good worker. Believe it and they will too.

Good luck.

I used to get the same way, but one of

my past managers who I grew close to, she told me not to look at them as these higher ups, but almost as peers, talk to them

like you've known them for years but still keeping it professional. A lot of managers now a days look for people who they connect with on a personable level and can really click with, personality is a big things now a days, they already know your qualifications going into the interview.
