I know I’m only like 3 days postpartum, but please do not always expect things to go a certain way and these hormones are really no joke. I wanted so badly to breastfeed and it’s just not working out for me. I haven’t given up 100% on breast feeding but I’m definitely reminding myself that fed is best and I shouldn’t put myself down for anything I can’t control.

@beeforever98, no problem trust me I know it’s hard right now but don’t give up you can do it and if you push yourself and trust yourself your baby will feel the same and cooperate with you too

Don't be so hard on yourself! Exactly how you mentioned fed is best and as long as baby gets their food and is full, it's ok mama 😉 there's going to be lots of other let downs and hormones as you continue your motherhood journey that you can't control and that is ok. You will be ok! ❤

Don’t go too hard on yourself. Just try to breastfeed as much as you can but if you feel that baby isint drinking much feed off bottle for the beginning. My son didn’t latch on till he was 2 weeks old I tried every morning to stick him to the boob and it didn’t work till he turned exactly 2 weeks he gave in and now he won’t let it go ever lol baby will latch on when time is right don’t give up on your baby nor yourself it just gets easier from here give it time ☺️ and good luck
