@meganph @meganph oh okay I took it once and stopped and I been having terrible headaches and I wonder is it from me stopping after taking it one time

But as far as pregnancy and breastfeeding, it is safe. My dr told me to continue taking it

I get a hot flash about 20 minutes after I take it. It lasts maybe 10-15 min. My dr also told me that some people get dizzy after taking it, but i haven’t had that problem.
