I FINALLY got my c-section date! I was hoping I would be able to get some choices due to it being around labor day, but I didn't. August 29th at 8am!
Any advice for before/after is greatly appreciated!!! This is my 3rd baby, but first c section.

@nschlegel I'm pretty sure they are supposed to anytime after a c-section because it helps you heal and not reopen your stitches.

@lamamoma I don't think they will give me a bellyband...

Wear the belly band as long as possible, Itll help a lot of with pain!

@nschlegel Yeah they gave it to me right after the surgery. Put it on me and everything.
