Tips to dry breastmilk up? Me and my sons breastfeeding journey has been put to a end and I now need to find ways to dry up painlessly before i stopped I was down to one feeding and it was at night before bed just trying to figure out tips(:

Don’t let any milk out. And a tight bra and I’ve heard taking Benadryl helps.

Do you still get engorged? When I was down to 1 feeding and stopped I just dried up, no pain at all.

@jmedina, yes and no I’ve been releasing enough to get relief I’m terrified to get mastitis so I keep doing that I want to dry up but I’m trying to see the best way to go about it to where I don’t get that again lol

Cabbage leaves tight bras dont stimulate breast don't touch them if you leave alone will go away i had to do that I didn't breast feed but hotcompresses
