3rd time we've gone to a playground and another kid called my 4 year old a baby 🙁 it hurts her…

Aw that's heartbreaking. I hate seeing my kids upset from other children .

I swear thats one of my biggest fears as a mother. My kids being bullied and their feelings hurt and theres nothing i can do about it 😣 it absolutely breaks my heart.

Is the child parent near? Maybe approach them and explain that their child is hurting your daughters feelings to the point she doesn't want to play with other kids. They very well may have a talk with their child and it may stop, the child may even apologize. It's worth a try.

@_basicwitch nope we're at a campground and I'm the only parent at the playground even though there is a sign clearly saying adult supervision required.

Maybe the other child wasn't trying to be mean..??? Maybe he/she thought she was a "baby"? My nephew (5) thinks anyone under 5 is a baby.😂

@britt. Maybe but my 7 year old was like "she's not a baby and she gets mad when someone calls her that" and the kid was like "she's a baby"

I just talk directly to the children.
