Some doctors say yes, some say no. The fact is really that there isn’t enough evidence to say either way. It’s not monitored by the fda. I’d personally stay away from it during pregnancy, just in case.

You can take unisom or Benadryl

@mommabecca, it’s on my list of stuff I can take. My dr told me to try taking Benadryl at night to help with my allergies so I could breathe and sleep. I just take one a night and haven’t had any problems. You could always ask your doctor though just to confirm
