How do i know what my mucus plug is ? Yesterday i had a booger like long discharge and it was clear and green. Should i be worried ?

Sounds like it was your mucus plug. It will regenerate itself so don't worry. As long as it didn't have an odor to it and you aren't in pain, I wouldn't worry.

If you’re nervous, it’s okay to go in and check. Better safe than sorry. Your mucus plug regenerates itself so that’s not a huge deal, but less movement could be an indicator of potential problems. Call your hospital and see what they say, sometimes they’ll ask you to come in just to make sure.

I've always been told to look out for anything green because it could a sign of infection. You could be fine and just passing your plug but I'd ask the doc just to be sure . Good luck!

Less activity is concerning. Cramps can be normal as she's growing and your body needs more room for her. But they aren't always normal. I would call your OB and see what he/she says. They'll most likely tell you to go to L&D to be monitored. It will give you peace of mind as well.

@joffree., how come less activity is concerning ? This is my second baby but i never had this problem with my first pregnancy which is why im concerned now & asking so many questions ?? Could less movement be caused by stress ?

@briealyus i would go to the er and get checked to be on the safe side

Less activity could be caused by many things. She could just be sleeping more or since she's growing she has less wiggle room but it could also be caused by something else of concern. Have you tried laying down and drinking something cold? OJ always made mine move around when I was concerned. Regardless, if you're concerned it's best to go in. I've always said it's best to be safe. With my first I went in a few times due to less movement. At least you'll know.
