I've met a lot of good mom friends through a play group in our town. You get to hang out and socialize and your kids have a great time as well. It could be another thing to add to your routine and make you feel less alone.
Maybe it would help if you had a play date with another mom! Kids could play and you could spend time with someone who’s going through the same things.
