Is pasteurized 🍎 Apple cider vinegar mixed with water okay to drink while pregnant ? Thoughts..?

I didn't even know pasteurized apple cider was real...hmm idk if it would the same as the real stuff

@ecahanes, some online sights say the pasteurized doesn’t carry the same benefits as the vinegar that carries the “mother” . TheBump says even the vinegar that is “the mother” is safe while pregnant 🤰🏼

Yea, pasteurized is safe to drink. I asked this during my 1st pregnancy b/c I have friends that make it in their cider mill.

Yeah my doctor suggested today that I drink a shot of apple cider vinegar with water for my acid reflux

Oh I didn't try it yet unfortunately. She suggested it today at my appt and I haven't made it to the store yet 😭

@babymay2016, let me know if it works for you! The reason why I posted this is because I saw this drink that is suppose to help with regulating your digestion and reflux. It’s 2TBS ACV, 2TBS lemon juice, 1TBS organic honey and cinnamon😋😋

My goodness that stuff is torture I couldn’t drink it😂
