Has anyone else ever felt nauseated off and on with headaches two months after csection

I don't think it has anything to do with csections. Ive had two. But you could be still adjusting from hormonal changes, plus the exhaustion of having to be up with the baby constantly. Plenty of rest and water work wonders. Try excedrin tension migraine. Its pretty awesome at relieving headaches.

@taymw11 i will tell you this though... if you have pain in your spine, not the muscle but actual bone/disk pain then I recommend you see your primary. Sometimes the spinal goes wrong and itll require an mri scan. Im currently in that boat. Symptoms are severe lower back pain radiating one side, severe migraines from back of neck to occular, vision issues and medicine like tylenol dont help. My second spinal he hit a nerve and made me jolt and it was painful during the injection, im getting my mri tomorrow to check for spinal fluid leak. Unless you have any of these severe side effects then trust me girl youre fine!!! Just adjusting to motherhood and all the exhausting work that comes with it 😊

@vvrobinson, yeah I dont have anything that severe lol I also started my first period this week so that might be it too! I really hope you get to feeling better and get everything figured out! Praying for you 🙂❤️

@taymw11 yeah see!! Youre doing ok!! Try alka seltzer for nausea its my miracle go to, helps with minor headaches also. I am strong, whatever it is ill handle it. It was all worth it in the end so ill take what life throws my way 😊 thank you
