For some reason with this pregnancy I keep waking up at 4am every single day and can’t go back to bed 😩😴

@vvrobinson, I think I’m going to star a routine for my son and I . Doesn’t help that I start school in like two weeks💀

@ysalais girl prepare yourself. Force yourself to sleep now. Take melatonin to help

@ysalais yeah me neither till i had my second. Youd be amazed at how dead youll be with a newborn and toddler

@ysalais yeah athena takes a 1-3 hour nap daily...except today. We had a busy day. Cassie took a couple cat naps. Shes being awake more and more.. hopefully it means she will sleep longer at night

My girls did that to me both times and after they were born they woke up at that time every night. Still do. Athena will roll over in her sleep and ill hear her on the monitor

@lii94, That’s the crazy part,I’m falling asleep during the day and it’s like once my son takes a nap my body all of sudden is wide awake🙄

Ugh i felt your pain while pregnant but id wake up at 2am fall back asleep at 4-5 and have to get up for work at 530. From day one to day he came out. I think i had maybe 1 week after i went off where id sleep 14-16h then it was gone like the wind again. Nap when you can during the day id possible with a 2y old !
