PLEASE HELP!
So I had a cramp in my right side at 4:30ish (didnt pay to much attention at the time) it didnt hurt really bad it was uncomfortable rate like a 1.5 but now it is 7:30 and I am getting lower belly cramps I rate it like a three baby is moving a lot any advice don't know if I should call the hospital or go please comment what you would do I'm scared and first time mom

I'm 32 weeks Pregnant And Every time I Get Up Or Lay Down Its Pain And Cramping I Can't Lift My Leg When I Walk It Crams When I Try To Switch From Side To Side Y Laying Down It Hurts Then I Feel Little Cramps In My Back From Time To Time Can Someone Help Me Please!!!!
This may be stupid but....how long do contractions last for? I keep having period cramps and lower back pain but it lasts like 3 minutes each time.

Time them first and see how far apart they are or if your stomach is getting tight too. Could just be Braxton Hicks (sounds like it). To be on the safe side I would call your midwife or hospital and tell them what you're feeling and see what they say.
