Anyone else had constant sharp knife like pains {almost like constant cramping} in the mid-spine? If so, how do I get it to go away, I’m literally in tears it hurts so bad.

It sounds like your back needs an adjustment.  If you have a reference for a chiro I would use it.

@kbbaybee16, I ended up calling them. Them. They said to take Tylenol lay on my side if it doesn’t stop to come in.

I’m not sure but maybe call your doctor to make sure it’s not like back labor or something
