How long should you bounce on your birthing ball for at a time.

Agree with @kayleighbean1 on knees with arms on ball helps so much. Or I use it to sit on and roll hips, or if I am on sofa I rest my feet on it and rock them back and forth. Hope it helps you x

@muksu so I've been told. I mainly use it because I have bad hips and back problems so it helps xx

Rest your arms on the ball and your knees on the floor. So abit like being on all fours but your just resting on the ball instead xx

@muksu yeah it's basically one of the big balls you get in the gym or wherever. It's been a life saver for me. And helps baby move down. Xx

@pearce5443 have you tried a little heat on your back to help? Even leaning over your ball helps relieve aches and pains too! Hope it gets better hun x

what's a birthing ball??? never heard that word anywhere, is it just a big ball for sports?

Any amount of time you like hun. You can sit on it to watch tv and everything if you find it more comfy 😊x
