I will be 38 weeks this Sunday I am 1 cm and 50% effaced
How can I dilate more? I have bad hip pain so don't want to be walking today.

@lunachar62, if the girl gots to push she’s gotta push !! Your body & baby is just ready sometimes with my baby boy I pushed & the doctor wasn’t even in the room yet so the nurse was helping me the doctor got there right when baby was out so yea if she wants to push she can without dr saying to
