Since you are no longer pregnant its safe to use acne wash. I personally prefer biore, i use their pore scrub once a week and a pore strip once a month. For immediate red pimples i leave them mostly alone, i only wipe them with witch hazel. Its natures anti inflammatory tool. Its used in tuck pads after vaginal delivery also
- Idk if it’ll help you.. I put a little toothpaste in my palm, rock salt, and a drop or two of alcohol (listerine) and use that to exfoliate. Rinse. Dry. Dab more alcohol (listerine). Voila! 🤷🏻♀️ My problem area is around my mouth.
Mario badescu drying lotion! Put it on a pimple at night and it will help tons! I haven't had a problem in years since I started that with their facial wash
@briatta my skin was perfect and nice then neutrogena had to go and discontinue my cleanser 😭 so I'm having a few come up. My problem area was my jawline and neck and i never got them there before. They were like cyst ones to so i couldn't even pop them and they hurt bad. I hope you find something that helps. It's so damm annoying getting acne
The best thing you can do for your skin is exfoliate and keep it clean. Also, I know it’s hard, but try not to touch your face! Your hormones could still be regulating too since you’re only 4 weeks pp. My face just started clearing up within the last 2-3 weeks.
I know this sounds weird but im having the same issue. I bought a vibrating toothbrush and use cleanser to scrub my face nightly and it's helped alot. I barely have any. They make a vibrating face scrubber but it's like $30 so i went and got a toothbrush😂
@hail, makes sense!!!! Because I have bumps everywhere and every morning it’s like two new ones I tried witch hazel and alcohol but they still come back
You’re not supposed to pop your acne. It makes it spread. Gently exfoliate with a face wash that has the little beads in it and let them go away on their own. If you do pop them, make sure you wash your face right after and wash your hands before you do.
