Ji was jumping up and down and then fell on her right knee and is now slightly favoring her right leg and kinda pointing out her knee, not sad or crying but I guess she notices somethings not right.. I'm thinking some couch rest and ice should do it.. But I'm also thinking I wanna take her to get checked out like now 😕😥

Is there any swelling or bruising? I’d just keep an eye on it.

@king_julienne, my sister is has 4 kids 6y 5y 3y 18 months - someone falls now and she just like “walk it off” 🤣🤣🤣

With no swelling, bruising, or tears, I'd say you're right: couch & rest for a bit. Don't make a big deal about it if she doesn't since little ones are VERY smart & feed off our emotions. And @followthegreenlady I'm like your sister... My youngest is a boy & I swear he's "trying" to go ER everyday with his actions, so "walk it off" is my instant response every time! 😂.
