I know this is going to sound so strange but I can’t help but worry on wether I’m going to have an accident (pooing)…

This was also my worry but trust me once your in labour you really don't care what you do lol, it's the least of your worries and it means your pushing right. They see it all the time so don't worry xx

If you do the midwife wouldn't mention it and you will have that much happening with your body you won't be aware it's happened, if it does happen it just means your pushing well and with the right muscles xx

don't worry about it... it's normal and happens a lot... the baby is pushing stuff out... and I mean you worry about poop... believe me, the birth is much more messy then that :D so don't worry about it and just enjoy birth :) the moment you get your baby, it's all good... and to top it all off... 1 of my babies pooped while birth being butt down... so that was something 🤣

More than likely you will poop but you honestly won't care when you are in labour. This was my main fear but once I started pushing it no longer cared lol I had a water birth and I remember her coming towards the pool with a sieve and my oh saying you pooped, but i was like whatever lol

This is something I worried about throughout my pregnancy but when you’re in labour that’s the last thing you think about. If it helps I pooped but the midwife didn’t make it obvious, my husband told me after 😂 x
