I’ve had a crook in my neck allllll day long ! It is so painful! And pumping and lifting baby hurts it even more .. any advice on how to fix it ?

I'm in pain now and mines hurt so bad I was having contractions in my neck. The worst pain I ever felt, I was unable to do ANYTHING but lay there and cry. I had to see a chiropractor and she loosened it up some but I have to go bk on Tues to get x rays done bc I've never experienced anything so painful. Oh and she said take a shower as hot as you can take it or a hot bath with Epson salt. She said to rub biofreeze on it and then lay a hot wash cloth on it. It helped a little bit.

@kelley.blue, that’s exactly what I’ve been doing thank you so much for sharing! Think I’ll make an appointment to see the chiropractor tho just to be safe
