Garnier Fructis also has an oil serum pump! You just take two pumps and apply it to wet hair and it leaves it wavy & heat/humidity won’t effect it! I have ringlet curly hair & my friend has wavy hair like you & it preserves the shape. Or I use Biolage beach wave foam!

The same thing happens to my hair after a shower. My hair is also super thick. I use the Garnier Fructis spray gel and it works perfectly for me. I used to have something by Suave if you can believe that, it was some kind of curl cream, and it was so amazing but I don't remember what it was called exactly and haven't been able to find it again.

@breezy81516, ah okay! yeah, I don’t really have curly hair to begin with and I definitely don’t want it hard and crunchy!

They sell serums for after shower. Apply to wet hair, dry ends with tshirt and let air dry. Then you can scrunch it more and set with hairspray. They also sell driers for curls. Looks like a little hand but haven't tried it.
