C-section moms:
Any advice pre-op & post-op is welcome!
Thanks!!!
@thepaige16 that is awesome to hear! I'm going to breastfeed so I don't want to take pain meds.
@briannalynn547 Will Do! I'll pick some up this week
Get gauze and tape, after they remove the tape , keep gauze on the area , and when you’re relaxing at night take it off for about two hours to breathe . Can’t even see my scar
Walk, walk, and when you think you can’t do it anymore walk some more! I’m 3 weeks pp and I don’t have any pain at all! Haven’t had any since like 10 days pp
@taylorsmommy1017 definitely. I couldn't imagine that feeling :(
@taylorsmommy1017 I don't blame you! The hospitals are not comfy.
@taylorsmommy1017 okay! Thank you so much! My hospital said 72 hours starting at midnight the day I give birth. So if I go in at 730am on the 29th my 72 hours technically won't start until the 30th...
@taylorsmommy1017 did you breastfeed? I breastfed my second, but I'm nervous about having difficulty since skin-to-skin right away won't be possible.
Update on Isabella's op
She's back and doing really well! She looks good and the operation went well! Xx

Current situation .. I can't be the only one watching this screen 😦😫 hubby playing his black ops 3
potty training help
My 2 year old is on 5 days with potty training. He's only had 2 accidents since we started and that was day 2. We don't leave the house so him being bottomless is no issue. But we have to leave on Monday for his pre op so by then he needs to be trained with clothes on.
That moment
When you're reading a post and realise someone has blocked you and it looks like the op is talking to themselves! ??

Day 3 post op .
Athena is extremely swollen but interacting well with her father & I . Please keep praying for my sweet warrior .
@nschlegel, I took ibuprofen I think it was ? And it’s safe for breast feeding ! I only took it as needed though. Healing wasn’t that bad for me
