Good morning ladies ☀️ so I have a question. I am wondering if anyone of you mommas have kids in karate? My son has a lot of energy and kind of aggressive so I'm wondering if it would make it worse learning karate or he would learn how to channel his energy and anger? I found a place that starts at 2 years old so I'm curious what you ladies think
