Take them out.. my opinion at least. That’s what I did.

I took mine out. It was too much to have to take them out and put them back in all the time and it started getting painful.

I took mine out, wish I would have kept them. I will say the extra holes made breastfeeding a breeze lol. Baby barely even had to try 😂
