@queen_mommy97, honestly (and don’t take offense) I know you are super pregnant and emotional but I think that was a bit much. He probably wasn’t thinking. Everybody has a past. You are his present and future. Thing obviously didn’t work out between them for whatever reason. Don’t let it bother you so much. You’re the winner. He’s with you not her. ETA: my husband wasn’t my 1st love nor was I his. But we are each other’s last.

@queen_mommy97, I can completely understand that. Have you asked him not to? Just say “I don’t want to hear about your ex, I know you loved her but I’m here now and find it disrespectful” that should be it. He should respect your wishes.

@queen_mommy97 I honestly wouldn't be with him anymore. If he's your baby's father then he's had more than enough time to get over her. Sounds like he hasn't. I wouldn't have time for that drama - either he loves me or his ex. If he's still hung up on an ex, he's not totally in love with me. I'd be done.

I wouldn’t care because I’m sure she’s a ex for a reason . 🤷🏽‍♀️ but it also depends on how he said , if he’s consistently playing the song , if he reminiscing on the times they had when he plays the song . Those are always factors but just saying it no.

YES I would definitely be upset and tell him something. He’ll be alright I’m sure he knows his way back home don’t worry about it he’s a big boy and that’ll teach him not to do it again. Lol

My SO told me one time that he used to bang one of his exes to a couple slow, sensual songs on his playlist, I never particularly liked those songs after that. I get that he still likes the artist but it just totally ruined them for me. All I'd think about was if he was thinking about her while he listened to them.

@queen_mommy97, haha I would have done the same!! Kicked him out and told him maybe she could sing it to him again.

It would've been different if the song just came on, but he purposely chose and played the song and told you a memory....it would make me feel that he missed her. So I probably would've done something similar!! Hopefully he regrets what he did.
